Built by inspectors. Designed for building owners.

Our Story

From inspection reports to condition intelligence.

Veritas Inspect started inside Allied Commercial, one of Australia's leading multi-trade construction and remediation contractors. Our teams have inspected and serviced hundreds of buildings across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. They know what a cracked sealant joint looks like at 40 storeys, what a corroded reinforcement bar means for a car park slab, and what a UPS at end-of-life means for a data centre.

The problem was never the inspection or the service visit itself. It was what happened after. Reports arrived as PDFs. They got emailed, filed, and forgotten. When the next visit came around, nobody could find what had been flagged two years earlier. Condition trends were invisible. Remediation and servicing progress was tracked in spreadsheets, if it was tracked at all.

So we built a platform that fixes all of this, across three disciplines: Veritas Facade, Veritas Structures, and Veritas MEP. Each captures findings or servicing as structured data, pins them (for facade and structures) to a permanent 3D model, and anchors every report to the Veritas Ledger. The record grows with every visit. It never gets lost, and it never goes stale.

Today, Veritas Inspect serves building owners, facility managers, strata bodies, data-centre operators, and insurers across Australia. Our specialists still do the hard work on the ropes and in the plant rooms. But the data they collect now lives in a system that makes it genuinely useful for the people who need to act on it.

Our Approach

Specialists at every stage.

Certified Specialists

IRATA-certified inspectors, structural engineers, and licensed MEP technicians capture condition and servicing data at close range, across facade, structures, and building services. No reconstructed records, no guesswork.

Engineer-Endorsed Reports

Findings are reviewed and endorsed by RPEQ and CPEng engineers with direct experience in facade, structural, and building-services assessment. The report carries weight with regulators and insurers.

Structured Digital Records

Every defect or serviced asset is captured as structured data, and for facade and structures pinned to a permanent 3D model. The record grows with each visit. It never gets lost in email or filed and forgotten.

Remediation & Servicing

Findings flow into work orders and servicing schedules. Contractors and technicians are assigned, quotes captured, and progress tracked with photo evidence. From identification through to verified completion, all in one auditable thread.

Platform Infrastructure

Built on a proven operations stack.

Veritas Inspect does not operate in isolation. It connects to two core systems that handle project delivery and permanent record-keeping.

Opus

Every inspection commissioned through Veritas Inspect creates a corresponding project in Opus, the project, scheduling, and finance management system used by Allied Commercial. This means your inspection is tracked alongside resource allocation, contractor coordination, and billing from day one.

Veritas Ledger

Facade, structural, and MEP reports, 3D models, and servicing records are anchored permanently to the Veritas Ledger, a chain-backed document storage system. Each record gets a public verification code. If a regulator, insurer, or buyer needs to confirm a report is genuine and unaltered, they can verify it independently.
