Software module

Veritas Facade

Mobile capture, elevation mapping, professional reports, remediation workflows and client portal access for facade inspection programmes.

Veritas Facade is the software module for building-envelope inspection programmes. It is designed for teams that need structured field capture, location-aware findings, professional reporting and a remediation loop that does not collapse back into email threads.

Unlike a services brochure page, this module hub explains the product workflows your workspace uses. If you need Veritas Inspect crews to deliver the field work, use the professional services and discipline pages. If you need the operating system those crews and client teams share, you are in the right place.

The module sits inside the wider Veritas Inspect platform, so facade records can connect to compliance, safety and workforce controls where those modules are enabled for the same workspace.

Commercial setup remains operator-led. There is no instant self-serve company signup. Book a demo to see the live product, or request workspace access through sales.

Product tour

How Facade works in the platform

A typical Facade tour starts with an inspection scoped to a building and access method. Field users capture defects with severity, notes and photos, then locate them against elevations, zones or drops.

Back in review, findings become the evidence base for report generation. Stakeholders with portal access can inspect the same record without waiting for another attachment pack.

When repairs are required, remediation packages carry the original findings forward so closeout evidence attaches to the same chain of custody.

Where LiDAR or photogrammetry is commissioned, spatial review deepens the story, but the module remains useful even when the immediate need is a structured digital register and report.

Buyer outcomes

What different teams get

Asset owners and strata committees

A durable facade condition record with clear severity and location context, plus portal access during budgeting and remediation.

Facility managers

Fewer lost photo packs and faster briefing of contractors against specific elevations and drops.

Inspection providers

A repeatable capture-to-report operating model that preserves evidence quality between jobs.

Engineers and reviewers

Structured findings ready for engineering-pathway review when the engagement requires it.

Workflow

End-to-end operating sequence

  1. Step 1

    Scope the inspection

Create the facade inspection against the building and confirm access method, elevations and reporting pathway.

  2. Step 2

    Capture in the field

Record defects, photos and location context on device while still at the workface.

  3. Step 3

    Review and report

Validate findings, generate the report pathway and issue to stakeholders.

  4. Step 4

Give authorised clients ongoing access to the building record.

  5. Step 5

    Remediate and close

Package priority findings, track progress and retain closeout evidence.

  6. Step 6

    Re-inspect with history

Use the retained record as the baseline for the next programmed inspection.

Implementation

How teams adopt the module

Implementation usually begins with workspace provisioning, branding, user roles and the facade taxonomy your inspectors will use. Elevation and drop naming conventions should be agreed before the first live job.

Teams then run a pilot inspection to validate capture, report and portal expectations. Remediation packaging is enabled according to entitlement and commercial scope.

Training focuses on field discipline: classify once, photograph once, locate once. That discipline is what makes later reporting and remediation fast.

Security and compliance

Controls that support trust

  • Tenant-scoped data isolation for workspace records
  • Role-based access for internal users and client portal recipients
  • Audit-friendly timestamps and evidence attachments on findings
  • Optional Veritas Ledger anchoring where that permanence layer is configured for the deployment

Honest scope

Limitations and deployment notes

Remediation Pro

Advanced remediation capabilities may be entitlement-gated and should be confirmed per workspace.

Ledger sync

Veritas Ledger anchoring depends on deployment configuration and should not be assumed universal.

Engineering review

Engineering endorsement is an engagement pathway, not an automatic property of every generated report.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Veritas Facade software or a field service?
Both exist, but they are separated on purpose. This module is the software. Professional facade field delivery is covered under Services and the Facade discipline pages.
How much does the Facade module cost?
The module subscription is A$50 per workspace per month. Report and related usage charges apply when paid outputs are confirmed. See the pricing page for current defaults.
Can we start with a demo workspace?
Yes. Book a guided demo of the live product. Production workspace access is provisioned by operators after commercial setup.
Do we need LiDAR to get value?
No. Structured capture, reporting, portal access and remediation deliver value without LiDAR. Scanning deepens spatial context when commissioned.
What is not included by default?
Do not assume Remediation Pro entitlements, Ledger sync in every deployment, or automatic engineering certification on every report. Confirm those during onboarding.
How does Facade connect to other modules?
The same workspace can enable Compliance, Safety and Workforce where those controls are needed around facade programmes.
Where do we see full commercial detail?
Use the pricing page and downloadable pricing guide. The in-app price shown at confirmation governs each paid action.
