Software module

Veritas Compliance

Anchor testing, height safety certification, product certification, readiness gates and compliance reports for installed systems and products.

Veritas Compliance is the software module for testing evidence, certification records and traceable compliance outputs. It is designed for teams that need structured test capture, location-linked photos, readiness gates and professional reporting for anchors, height safety systems and certified products.

Unlike a services brochure page, this module hub explains the product workflows your workspace uses. If you need Veritas Inspect crews to deliver the testing work, use the professional services pages. If you need the operating system those teams and certifiers share, you are in the right place.

The module sits inside the wider Veritas Inspect platform, so compliance records can connect to facade, safety and workforce controls where those modules are enabled for the same workspace.

Commercial setup remains operator-led. There is no instant self-serve company signup. Book a demo to see the live product, or request workspace access through sales.

Product tour

How Compliance works in the platform

A typical Compliance tour starts with a test or certification scoped to an installed system, anchor array or product batch. Field users capture loads, results, failure modes, equipment records and location-linked photos.

Readiness and hold-point gates ensure work does not proceed without the required evidence and approvals configured for the workspace.

Certification records attach to the asset or installation with expiry and recertification context so facility teams know what is current.

Compliance reports assemble structured test data into professional outputs for owners, principal contractors and auditors while the register remains the living record between cycles.

Buyer outcomes

What different teams get

Principal contractors and builders

Traceable test and certification evidence organised by location and hold point rather than scattered PDFs.

Height safety and rope-access providers

Structured anchor and system certification records with recertification visibility.

Facility and asset managers

A durable compliance register showing what was tested, when it expires and what requires recertification.

Product manufacturers and installers

Product certification pathways with evidence chains suitable for audit and handover packs.

Workflow

End-to-end operating sequence

  1. Step 1

    Scope the test or certification

Create the compliance record against the installation, anchor or product batch and confirm required gates.

  2. Step 2

    Capture test evidence

Record loads, results, equipment, photos and location context in the field.

  3. Step 3

    Pass readiness gates

Complete hold-point checks and approvals before downstream work proceeds.

  4. Step 4

    Issue certification

Release certification records with expiry and recertification rules retained.

  5. Step 5

    Report and share

Generate compliance reports for stakeholders and retain the underlying record.

  6. Step 6

    Recertify from history

Use prior records as the baseline for scheduled recertification programmes.

Implementation

How teams adopt the module

Implementation usually begins with workspace provisioning, test taxonomy and the compliance categories your technicians will use. Location naming, equipment registers and gate rules should be agreed before the first live job.

Teams then run a pilot test cycle to validate capture, gates, report and certification expectations. Product certification pathways are enabled according to entitlement and commercial scope.

Training focuses on field discipline: record the load, photograph the installation, locate the anchor once. That discipline is what makes later reporting and recertification fast.

Security and compliance

Controls that support trust

  • Tenant-scoped data isolation for workspace records
  • Role-based access for testers, reviewers and client viewers
  • Audit-friendly timestamps and evidence attachments on test records
  • Optional Veritas Ledger anchoring where that permanence layer is configured for the deployment

Honest scope

Limitations and deployment notes

Certifier endorsement

Third-party certifier acceptance and endorsement depend on engagement scope and should not be assumed universal.

Ledger sync

Veritas Ledger anchoring depends on deployment configuration and should not be assumed universal.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Veritas Compliance software or a field service?
Both exist, but they are separated on purpose. This module is the software. Professional testing and certification field delivery is covered under Services pages.
How much does the Compliance module cost?
The module subscription is A$50 per workspace per month. Report and related usage charges apply when paid outputs are confirmed. See the pricing page for current defaults.
Can we start with a demo workspace?
Yes. Book a guided demo of the live product. Production workspace access is provisioned by operators after commercial setup.
Does Compliance replace Safety SWMS and ITP?
No. Compliance focuses on test and certification evidence. Safety handles SWMS, permits and broader site safety authoring where enabled.
What is not included by default?
Do not assume Ledger sync in every deployment, automatic integration with government registries, or certifier endorsement on every output. Confirm those during onboarding.
How does Compliance connect to other modules?
The same workspace can enable Facade, Safety and Workforce where those controls are needed around compliance programmes.
Where do we see full commercial detail?
Use the pricing page and downloadable pricing guide. The in-app price shown at confirmation governs each paid action.
