Implementation

How teams adopt the module

Implementation usually begins with workspace provisioning, template libraries and the safety taxonomy your projects will use. Rescue, permit and ITP conventions should be agreed before the first live mobilisation.

Teams then run a pilot project to validate authoring, issue, sign-on and register expectations. Safety authoring entitlements are confirmed during commercial setup because not every user role can build documents.

How much does the Safety module cost?
The module subscription is A$50 per workspace per month. Authoring entitlements and related usage charges should be confirmed during commercial setup.
Can every user author SWMS documents?
No. Safety authoring is entitlement-gated. Sign-on and acknowledgement may be available more broadly than authoring.
Can we start with a demo workspace?

What is not included by default?
Do not assume every role can author documents, Ledger sync in every deployment, or automatic legal compliance with every jurisdiction without workspace configuration.
