Digital sign-on is how Veritas Safety proves who was on site and what they acknowledged. Crews sign on against projects or sites, linking attendance to issued SWMS, permits and induction requirements where configured.

Sign-on may be available more broadly than safety authoring. Many workers acknowledge documents and record attendance without needing permission to build SWMS templates.

When Workforce is enabled, sign-on patterns can align with mobilisation and site access, but Safety sign-on remains the control-focused attendance record for safety documents.
