It is designed for teams that manage workers, employers, inductions, competencies, project mobilisation and muster without rebuilding the same paperwork for every site.
Unlike a services brochure page, this module hub explains the product workflows your workspace uses. Workforce is the people and access layer that Safety sign-on, Compliance gates and MEP dockets connect to when those modules are enabled for the same workspace.
Billing is usage-based rather than a flat module fee. Plans, payers and eligibility rules determine whether a person is billed per active site month or on an unlimited access plan.

Implementation usually begins with workspace provisioning, employer organisations, credential types and induction programmes. Payer rules and plan defaults should be agreed before the first live mobilisation.
Teams then run a pilot mobilisation to validate credentials, induction, sign-on and billing expectations. Government licence verification is not an automatic marketplace feature and should not be assumed.
