Software module

Veritas Workforce

People and employers, credentials, inductions, mobilisation, site access, muster and flexible billing for workforce programmes.

Veritas Workforce is the software module for mobilising people with the right credentials, then maintaining live site access, attendance and billing accountability. It is designed for teams that manage workers, employers, inductions, competencies, project mobilisation and muster without rebuilding the same paperwork for every site.

Unlike a services brochure page, this module hub explains the product workflows your workspace uses. Workforce is the people and access layer that Safety sign-on, Compliance gates and MEP dockets connect to when those modules are enabled for the same workspace.

Billing is usage-based rather than a flat module fee. Plans, payers and eligibility rules determine whether a person is billed per active site month or on an unlimited access plan.

Commercial setup remains operator-led. There is no instant self-serve company signup. Book a demo to see the live product, or request workspace access through sales.

Product tour

How Workforce works in the platform

A typical Workforce tour starts with people and employer directories. Workers, staff and visitors carry contact details, employer links, payer settings and status flags the workspace uses across projects.

Credentials and competencies track licences, cards, training evidence and expiry dates before mobilisation is approved.

Inductions and mobilisation assign people to projects and sites, confirm acceptance and apply access requirements.

Site sign-on, access status and muster views show who is on site now. Plans, payers and billing configuration determine how active usage is charged.

Implementation

How teams adopt the module

Implementation usually begins with workspace provisioning, employer organisations, credential types and induction programmes. Payer rules and plan defaults should be agreed before the first live mobilisation.

Teams then run a pilot mobilisation to validate credentials, induction, sign-on and billing expectations. Government licence verification is not an automatic marketplace feature and should not be assumed.

Training separates directory administration from field sign-on: supervisors and workers need simple flows; workforce admins need clarity on expiry rules and payer configuration.

Security and compliance

Controls that support trust

  • Tenant-scoped data isolation for workforce records
  • Role-based access for admins, employers, supervisors and workers
  • Audit-friendly timestamps on mobilisation, sign-on and credential changes
  • Optional Veritas Ledger anchoring where that permanence layer is configured for the deployment

Honest scope

Limitations and deployment notes

Licence verification

There is no automatic government licence verification marketplace. Credential tracking relies on uploaded evidence and admin review.

Usage billing

Active-site charges depend on sign-on behaviour and confirmed plan settings; do not assume unlimited access unless that plan is selected.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Veritas Workforce software or a staffing service?
Workforce is software for people, credentials, mobilisation and site access. It is not a labour hire or staffing marketplace.
How much does Workforce cost?
There is no flat workspace fee. Billing is A$5 per active site person per month or A$150 per person per month for unlimited access, according to confirmed plan and payer settings.
Does Workforce verify government licences automatically?
No. There is no automatic government licence verification marketplace. Credentials are tracked with uploaded evidence and admin review.
Can we start with a demo workspace?
Yes. Book a guided demo of the live product. Production workspace access is provisioned by operators after commercial setup.
How does Workforce relate to Safety sign-on?
Safety sign-on focuses on document acknowledgement. Workforce owns people access, mobilisation and muster. They align when both modules are enabled.
How does Workforce connect to other modules?
The same workspace can enable Safety, MEP and Compliance where those controls are needed around workforce programmes.
Where do we see full commercial detail?
Use the pricing page and downloadable pricing guide. Confirmed plan and payer settings govern billing.
