People and employers are the foundation of Veritas Workforce. Workers, staff and visitors carry identity, contact, employer linkage and status flags. Employer organisations represent contractors, suppliers and consultants with authorised contacts and company-pay settings.

The intent is to register a person once and reuse that record across projects rather than collecting the same details on every mobilisation form.

Payer configuration at employer and person level feeds billing rules so finance teams know whether the company, employer or individual carries active-site charges.
