Veritas Workforce capability
Credentials and competencies
Track licences, credentials, competencies, evidence attachments and expiry dates before mobilisation is approved.
Credentials and competencies ensure people arrive on site with verifiable qualifications, not verbal claims. Veritas Workforce tracks licence numbers, card types, training evidence, competency scopes and expiry dates against each person.
Mobilisation rules can block assignment when required credentials are missing or expired, reducing avoidable access gaps discovered at the gate.
Credential evidence is uploaded and retained in the workforce record. Automatic government licence verification marketplace integration is not provided and should not be assumed.
The problem this solves
Credential chasing consumes admin time and creates stop-work risk when expired cards are discovered on arrival. Spreadsheets rarely stay current across subcontractor turnover.
Structured credential records with expiry visibility shift verification before mobilisation rather than at the turnstile.
