How billing works
Usage becomes a clear invoice
The plan and payer are explicit before usage is billed. This supports company staff, subcontractor employers, linked workspaces and self-paying workers without duplicate charges.
Set the person and payer
Link the person to an employer and choose company-pay, employer-pay, linked-workspace or self-pay responsibility.
Select the plan
Use per-site pricing or the monthly unlimited plan for each person.
Record site activity
Mobilisation and site activity create one duplicate-safe usage record for each person, site and month.
Invoice the right payer
Company staff use the company ledger. External employers and self-paying people receive their own billing.

Common questions
Pricing questions answered
Is Workforce included in the A$50 module pricing?
No. Workforce has no flat workspace fee. Each active person uses either A$5 per active site per month or the A$150 monthly unlimited plan. Visitors, delivery personnel and regulators are not metered.
Can a workspace mix Workforce plans?
Yes. Plan selection is per person. Occasional workers can stay on per-site billing while high-volume workers use the unlimited monthly cost cap.
When does an inspection report need a new unlock?
An inspection report unlock covers the current defect list and can be regenerated while that list remains unchanged. Adding defects later requires a new report unlock.
How are module and usage charges collected?
When weekly billing is enabled, eligible company charges are consolidated into one weekly invoice. Module and storage fees are prorated across the billing period. External Workforce payers can receive separate monthly billing.
Are these rates fixed for every workspace?
The page shows current platform defaults. A workspace may have configured, grandfathered, included or waived rates. The price shown in the app when a module or paid output is confirmed governs that transaction.
Is field inspection work included in the software rate?
No. Platform module and usage rates cover the software workflows and digital outputs listed here. On-site inspection, engineering, access, travel, laboratory testing and remediation work are scoped and quoted separately.
Commercial notes
- All figures are in Australian dollars.
- Card processing is 1.75% plus A$0.30, applied once to the invoice total where weekly billing is used.
- GST treatment and invoice tax detail follow the issued invoice.
- The current in-app activation or confirmation price governs each transaction.
- Final LiDAR scope and commercial terms are confirmed through the RFQ process.
