What Affects the Price

Six factors that shape your quote

01

Disciplines Subscribed

Each service line (Facade, Structures, MEP) is subscribed independently. Subscribe to one discipline or all three, and add lines as your needs grow.

02

Building Height & Size

Taller and larger buildings take longer to inspect and capture. A 5-storey building is a different scope from a 40-storey tower.

03

Asset Count

For MEP, the number of UPS units, CRAC units, AHUs, and generators drives the servicing scope. For structures and facade, element count and area do the same.

04

Access Method

Rope access, EWP, BMU, or plant-room access. The method and any restricted anchor points or shutdown windows affect time on site.

05

Location

Buildings in our four office cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) have same-day mobilisation. Regional sites may include travel and accommodation.

06

Reporting Depth

Standard structured reporting and Ledger anchoring is included. Additional deliverables such as laboratory testing or engineering design are quoted separately.

Common Questions

Pricing questions answered

How does subscribing by discipline work?

Veritas Facade, Veritas Structures, and Veritas MEP are three independent service lines. You subscribe to the disciplines you need, each billed separately. A facade-only owner subscribes to Veritas Facade; a data-centre operator might subscribe to Veritas MEP and Veritas Structures. You can add lines at any time.

How much does an inspection or service visit cost?

It depends on the asset. A 10-storey facade audit, a structural investigation of a car park, and a quarterly UPS service are very different scopes. We quote per building and asset count after reviewing plans or visiting site. Most single-building facade inspections for mid-rise commercial buildings fall between $8,000 and $25,000 including the 3D model.

Is the Veritas Ledger record included?

Yes. Every report and certificate is captured as structured data and anchored to the Veritas Ledger as standard. The permanent, tamper-evident record that stays with the asset is part of the base scope, not an add-on.

Is the 3D model included for facade and structures?

Yes. Veritas Facade and Veritas Structures engagements include LiDAR scan and photogrammetry capture where access allows. The 3D point cloud model with defect markers is a standard deliverable for those disciplines.

What if I manage multiple buildings?

Portfolio pricing applies from three buildings within a service line. The per-building cost reduces with volume, and you get a portfolio dashboard, recurring scheduling across disciplines, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for a portfolio proposal.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote covers the capture team, equipment, structured reporting, compliance referencing, Ledger anchoring, and platform setup for the subscribed service lines. If the scope changes on site, we discuss it before proceeding.
